1. Your Privacy Comes First

• No sign-up. No tracking. No ads.
  My Note Page never asks who you are, never tracks you, and never shows ads.
• Your notes stay on your device.
  Everything you write is stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB, and never leaves your device — not to our server, not to any cloud.
• Deleting notes is permanent.
  Whether you delete a single note or all at once, the data is erased from your browser and cannot be recovered. We do not retain any backups.
• We can’t see, access, or restore your notes.
  Your notes are visible only to you — and only when you visit https://mynote.page using the same browser (or in-app browser) where you created them.
• Imported notes are treated equally.
  Notes you import from a file are handled just like notes you create — they remain private and stay on your device.
• No cookies. No fingerprinting.
  We do not use cookies, device fingerprinting, or any hidden tracking methods.
• Anonymous visit counts only.
  We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views — anonymously, without collecting personal data or using cookies. It’s designed for privacy.

2. Your Notes Are Yours

• No lock-in. No cloud trap.
  You can export and import your notes freely — anytime, without limitations.
• Plain-text format.
  Your notes can be downloaded in “.txt” format for safekeeping, editing, or reuse elsewhere.

3. Terms of Use

• Provided “as is”.
  My Note Page is a free tool, offered without warranties. We strive to keep it functional, but cannot guarantee continuous uptime or error-free operation.
• You are responsible for your notes.
  Please avoid storing sensitive, confidential, or illegal content. Remember: we cannot recover anything once deleted.
• Risk of data loss.
  Notes are stored only in your browser. If you clear your cache, reset your browser, or lose your device, your notes will be permanently lost. To prevent this, use the Download All Notes feature regularly.
• This policy may change.
  We may update this policy in the future. If so, we’ll keep it simple, transparent, and aligned with the core values of the app.
